Mueller, who went by the name "Jackson" on air, sued Swift after he was sacked from his $150,000-a-year job on June 4, 2013 - two days after the alleged groping.
An attorney for Taylor Swift told jurors Tuesday that his superstar client is "absolutely certain" she was sexually assaulted and will prove it in court during the civil trial of dueling lawsuits filed by Swift and a former radio host.
Finally, jurors were asked if they or anyone in their immediate family are fans of Taylor Swift, and if they had recently listened to our purchased any of her music. She is expected to take the stand during the trial in US District Court in order to testify about the incident.
Swift wore a white dress with a black jacket on Monday as the eight-member jury is chosen from a pool of 60 prospects.

The disagreement is between the 27-year-old singer and a 55-year-old former DJ called David Mueller, whom Swift says groped her at a concert in 2013; he lost his job as a result of the allegation, which he still denies.
The Colorado radio personality sued, claiming Swift falsely accused him of the groping and pressured station management to fire him from his $150,000-a-year job.
Newsweek reports she is planning to donate "any financial reward from the trial to charities supporting survivors of sexual assault and gender-based violence".

One juror was dismissed over his answer to the question, "In a lawsuit between David Mueller and Taylor Swift would you have bias for or against either Taylor Swift or David Mueller?"
Swift and her mother, Andrea Swift, watched while they were asked if they were familiar with the circumstances of the civil case. Swift is seeking just $1 (77p), using the trial "an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts".
Jury selection is expected to last through Tuesday.
"I remember being frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before", Swift said.
Mueller's attorney, Gabriel McFarland, disputed Swift's allegations.
- Shannon Melcher, Mueller's girlfriend at the time, will testify about standing on the other side of Swift when the photo was taken, and to Mueller's character.
