You can redeem a free coffee of any size at Tim Hortons from Friday to Sunday, Oct. 8, by downloading the free Tim Hortons app.

The chain best known for its cinnamon rolls is offering free 12-ounce coffees on Friday.

Dunkin Donuts, multiple locations: Buy one medium, large or extra large hot coffee, get a second medium hot coffee free.

McDonald's: Get any small McCafe beverage for $2.
