MICROSOFTWindows 10 warning- PC users need to upgrade to latest OS
Even if Microsoft continues to hold its end of the bargain, it is the app developers that will eventually stop rolling out updates for the applications, forcing die-hard fans to switch to Android or iOS.
Joe Belfiore accepts on Twitter that Windows Mobile suffered from some unfortunate decisions. "But building new features/hw aren't the focus", he said, rounding off the tweet with a sad face.
The company had launched its mobile operating system in 2000 and a Windows CE software for personal digital assistants, known as PDAs, in 1996. Belfiore confessed that in a tweet that they did a lot to incent app devs by paying money and writing apps, but there aren't just enough users for most of the companies to invest. But no one at Microsoft, not even Bill Gates officially admitted the death of Windows mobile. Belfiore said Microsoft tried "very hard" to provide incentives for app developers to get their apps onto Windows Mobile. All bug fixes, security updated etc would be extended to all existing users. "Choose what's best for you".
A major shortfall in the life of Windows Mobile has been the lack of apps which compelled users to move away.

The mobile operating system has been around since 2000, but in recent years has been squeezed out of the smartphone market by Apple's iOS and Google's Android. Microsoft is preparing for the release of the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, and the company hasn't started to test out servicing this build with the Cumulative Updates via Windows Updates yet.
According to media reports, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has confirmed that Microsoft will "make more phones, but they will not look like phones that are there today".
Microsoft has finally admitted that the Windows Phone platform is no more, and that from now on it will only receive bug fixes and security patches. Microsoft tried something different with Windows Phone, but it wasn't enough.
Nevertheless, when a user asked if it's time to leave the Windows Mobile platform, Belfiore maintained that it is really up to the consumer.

Seahawks at Rams: Highlights, score and recap
But this would be even bigger, because it would give them a two-game advantage on their division rival Seahawks plus a tiebreaker. The next time Austin touched the ball, he muffed a punt, which Neiko Thorpe recovered for the Seahawks at the Rams 30-yard line.
