Comedian Hannibal Burress Arrested in Miami, Tells Cop

There's been no word so far on whether or not Buress will pursue further legal action against the officer or officers who engaged in the verbal altercation with him. "I didn't do anything and I'm not getting into your vehicle".

Buress approached an officer with blood shot eyes and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage from his breath and asked him to call him an Uber, according to the arrest report.

A police source told Local 10 that Buress did not show any signs of intoxication and was cooperative. He was arrested near NW 2nd Avenue and NW 20 Street.

However, Miami Beach is hosting the Art Basel global art fair this weekend, which draws celebrities from around the world. The officer wrote in the affidavit that Buress then became angry and belligerent when he refused to do so, according TMZ.
