LiAngelo and LaMelo each signed one-year deals with Lithuanian club Prienu Vytautas on Monday, according to ESPN.com's Adrian Wojnarowski and Jonathan Givony.
LaMelo was previously committed to UCLA like LiAngelo and their older brother, Lonzo Ball, who was the No. 2 overall pick by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2017 National Basketball Association draft.
LaMelo Ball had already been pulled from high school by his father for basketball training at home.
LiAngelo left UCLA this month after being suspended from the team for shoplifting while in China. LiAngelo and LaMelo are scheduled to land in Lithuania on January 4 and play their first Baltic League on January 9, so the Hurricanes coach isn't saying they will be back in the United States within the next three weeks.
