Bills' left guard Richie Incognito shockingly retired Tuesday, citing medical concerns caused by the stress of football.

While there hasn't been an official story or an announcement from the Bills, it makes you wonder what's going on.

Incognito tweeted "I'm done" with an emoticon of a face with its tongue stuck out on Tuesday morning.

On March 15, Incognito tweeted: "BUFFALO!" Heading into his age-30 season, McCoy finds himself with a franchise that seems to be rebuilding, though the same thing was said past year and the Bills ultimately squeaked into the playoffs.

The Bills saved $1.675 million in cap space by restructuring Incognito's contract.

Incognito's decision to retire comes a week after he fired his agent, David Dunn, in a post on Twitter. "It's been a long career. That's it." Incognito added he is experiencing liver and kidney problems and is being affected by stress.

Richie Incognito enjoys mixing it up with Jordan Phillips. Went to the doctor. It's just about doing what's right. He joined the Bills after sitting out half of 2013 and all of 2014 in the aftermath of the Dolphins bullying scandal that resulted in his indefinite suspension from the league. The NFL investigated and found out Incognito along with former Dolphins Mike Pouncey and John Jerry did, in fact, bully tackle Jonathan Martin.

Incognito earned three of his four Pro Bowl selections in Buffalo, and was considered among the Bills team leaders.

Incognito also played three-plus seasons in St. Louis, which drafted him in 2005.

The Bills also will lose starting center Eric Wood, who is expected to retire due to a neck injury.
