Roena Cheryl Mills 41 has been arrested last week in connection with the passing of her boyfriend Bo White
Mills was allegedly "combative" during her arrest, according to WVSN, and when in the deputies' auto, reportedly said: "You have to take me back and let me get my heads".
A woman accused of decapitating her boyfriend screamed "Let me get my heads" when she was arrested. A court-ordered mental evaluation is planned for Wednesday to decide whether Mills could endure trial, according to the West Virginia MetroNews. Officers said she became combative and was arrested.
Roena Chery Mills, from West Virginia, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder in the death of her boyfriend, 29-year-old Bo Allen White.
Mercy County Prosecutor George Sitler said it's unclear how White died and didn't disclose a possible motive.
A criminal complaint cited by The Bluefield Daily Telegraph told of Mills 'covered in blood wearing a glove on her left hand.' The complaint also noted the girlfriend in possession of a pocket knife on the right side of her trousers.
She allegedly gave authorities a false name when they arrived and said she was cut by being thrown through a glass door, the station said.
Later that day, officials responded to a call about a homicide, where they found a man, identified as White, decapitated inside of his house.
Wasteful Blues punished by Hernandez hammer blow
For much of the first half, the east Londoners did look second best, with Chelsea seemingly more risky with every attack. Asked if they could make up the deficit with six games to play, Conte just laughed, giving vent to his frustration.
A different part of his body was also found at the home where Mills was apprehended. The head, however, was located in the woods near where police first picked up Mills.
The victim's father has said the two were dating.
"Even though she's only been initially charged with second degree murder because there was some initial doubt about premeditation", Sitler told West Virginia Metro News, "the grand jury could certainly indict her for first degree murder".
"We do not know if he was killed by the beheading or if he expired before that". Jail records don't indicate whether she has an attorney.
Henderson's body has been sent to the medical examiner's office for an autopsy. At Monday's hearing, the judge ruled Mills needed further evaluation.
Mills has been held at a local jail on a $200,000 cash bond ahead of her next court appearance in June.
