Don Gorske is one happy man after finishing his 30,000th Big Mac
An American man has eaten his 30,000th Big Mac this week, in the same McDonald's restaurant where he first tasted the sandwich in back in 1972.
A Fond du Lac man who holds the Guinness world record for eating Big Macs celebrated another major milestone Friday.
Rause said that Gorske's passion for the Big Mac is exceptional and has been a loyal customer at the Military Road McDonald's for more than four decades.
Somewhat miraculously, Gorske says his cholesterol and blood pressure are normal despite having eaten at least one of the 540-calorie fast food burgers nearly every day for the past four decades. Gorske says he just loves hamburgers. He drove in a snowstorm to buy the sandwich but the restaurant was closed. In this photo illustration, a McDonald's Big Mac and french fries are seen on a tray on April 30, 2018 in Miami, Florida.
Gorske estimates that it took him 365 days to consume the first 1,000 Big Macs. Before her death, she asked Gorske to skip eating a Big Mac on the day she died, in remembrance of her.
30,000 goddamn Big Macs. When a tornado tore the soffits from his home on June 2, 1990, Don says he lost about 700 Styrofoam containers. "You can not take Big Macs in front of the inmates", he said.
Fiery explosion at barricade scene injures up to 8 officers
Police are working to get the suspect out of the house. "If you do not come out immediately you will be subject to arrest". News 8 reported that police were using a loudspeaker to communicate with a man inside a residence on Quinnipiac Avenue.
He even has the day when McDonald's switched to shredded lettuce marked down: February 10, 1999.
Tall and lanky, with a graying ponytail and friendly demeanor, Gorske has obsessive compulsive disorder and a meticulous memory, which lends to his Big Mac habit and his penchant for details.
In 2003 Ellen DeGeneres requested Gorske's cholesterol be checked.
He said his cholesterol and blood pressure are normal and he weighs five pounds less than he did in 2011 when he ate his 25,000 Big Mac. Yep, 30,000th Big Mac!

Bellew stops Haye in boxing grudge bout
The third round seemed to be anyone's round until Bellew scored a crucial knockdown with about 15 seconds remaining in the round. Time waits for no man, as Haye painfully discovered at the O2 Arena in south London, not far from where he grew up.
